A little about me...I graduated from KU as an Electrical Engineer in May of 2019 and immediately started my new job in Lenexa following graduation! I then finally got to marry my high school sweetheart after 8 years together and I love making couples feel as special as I did on our wedding day! Fast forward two years and I'm now a momma to the sweetest little boy, Bennett. Eric and I have been together for 12 years now and he is my biggest supporter in this job.
This is the time it's just you two. No one can talk to you, no one can ask you for photos, no one can say congratulations. It's just you two. Soak in every moment of that ceremony. Every moment of people witnessing you profess your love for each other...it's a once in a lifetime feeling that you'll never want to forget.
The quote by Jane in 27 dresses is one of the truest statements I've ever heard.
"You know how the bride makes her entrance and everybody turns to look at her? That’s when I look at the groom. ‘Cause his face says it all you know? The pure love there."
There's nothing sweeter than seeing the groom's reaction to his bride coming down that aisle.
I'll steal you for more couple photos at the end of the night and let me tell you, slow down and cherish this time. The time that you're finally married, you're finally with your person, and you can finally be just you two together - with your favorite third wheel ;). These moments with couples are always a favorite when the couple looks back. Cherish the special alone time of golden hour photos.
Pictures are a way to showcase our favorite times in life. I'm so happy you landed here & I hope I get the opportunity to work with you in the future!
